Inside Vocca you can:

Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your Vocca account and all data associated with it at any time, directly from the app:

  1. Open Vocca and go to Profile.
  2. Tap AccountDelete account.
  3. Confirm. We delete your account credentials and associated user data, including cloud-stored content tied to that account. Some information may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before automatic overwrite, or where retention is required by law.

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@thevoccapp.com from the address on file and we will process the deletion for you. Cancelling a paid subscription is separate and must be done in your Apple or Google account subscription settings.
