Mera Innovations, Inc.

Vocca is developed and published by Mera Innovations, Inc., a corporation registered in Delaware, United States. We build consumer software focused on clarity, habit-building, and respect for sensitive data—especially when that data is about money.

We are not a bank, broker, or investment adviser. Vocca is a personal finance tool to help you track spending, budgets, and goals. Anything that sounds like advice in the app is educational and general; it is not a substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice.

Why trust us with financial data

  • On-device first: Core financial data can stay on your phone. We cannot read data that never leaves your device.
  • Optional cloud sync: If you turn on sync, data is transmitted with encryption in transit and stored with access controls, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Optional AI: AI features use Google Gemini only when you use them, with flows described in the Privacy Policy. You can use manual entry and turn off optional AI where the app provides that control.
  • No selling your personal information: We do not sell your personal information. Sharing is limited to service providers, legal requirements, and similar cases listed in the Privacy Policy.
